Returns/exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident to providing you with great customer service! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in original condition including any tags uncut ripped with unused condition for exchange or partial store credit (Only one time exchange per order). We only accept exchange for equal or greater value within 5 days of the delivered date that being reviewed by our specialists. Any items that damaged or altered in anyway by a jeweler other than Michael H Jewelry, Inc will be denied and cannot be exchange, partial store credit. For the items that special orders, customized engraved, custom make is ineligible for refunds, exchange and partial store credit. The customer will be responsible for restocking fee/reconditioning fee, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. Note: Shipping will be refund unless you received damaged, defective or wrong items. No returns were applied in policy.
Return Shipping Instruction:
- Secure pack your items in a FedEx box, ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to the package.
- Print and affix the label to the box (Return shipping label is your responsible).
- Bring your return to FedEx Dropoff location at FedEx authorized ship center or office and print shop owned and operation by FedEx not a third party like Walgreens, Walmart, or rite aides (always get a receipt)

For the exchanges, please allow 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel and process to be sent back out. Exchanges must include your order number, shipping address and exchange instructions.
Unfortunately, for some of natural stone we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final so please reach out to info@michaelhjewelry.com for detail.
SHIPPING Policy
Every purchase at Michael H Jewelry, Inc qualifies for free expedited shipping of FedEx 2Day express. This FedEx 2Day express shipment excludes weekends. Upgraded overnight service is available upon request for a nominal fee. About shipment within the U.S APO or FPO address and worldwide shipment please reach out to us via e-mail info@michaelhjewelry.com. Delivery times are dependent on the state and FedEx National Service Disruption.
Note: All the items over $5.000 will be ship to FedEx Hold for pickup and all the packages FedEx deliver requiring a direct signature.
